Two days after the younger children of Graniti, the older kids take a grand tour of the latest group of GranitiMurales Artists in Residence, meeting each artist and learning about the motives/ideas behind each work of art. Themes of imagination, diversity, keeping the environment clean, finding beauty in the ordinary, inner discovery, and the dangers of spending too much time staring at one’s phone… to name just a few. A great big thank you to the school and the community for helping to coordinate this second group throughout the winding vicolas of Graniti! And thank you to the kids for being so well behaved!

Due giorni dopo il tour dei murales in realizzazione dei bambini più piccoli di Graniti, tocca ai ragazzi più grandi fare un tour per i murales dell’attuale gruppo di Artisti GranitiMurales in Residence, incontrando ogni artista e conoscendo i motivi / idee dietro ogni opera d’arte. Temi di immaginazione, diversità, rispetto dell’ambiente, trovare la bellezza nell’ordinario e i pericoli di trascorrere troppo tempo a fissare il telefono … per citarne solo alcuni. Un grande grazie alla scuola e alla comunità per averci aiutato a coordinare questo secondo gruppo per tutti i vicoletti che avvolgono Graniti!
